Step-by-step help

How to book an appointment

From discovery to confirmation in a few calm steps.

  1. Open Explore or Services and choose a salon that fits your needs.
  2. Add one or more services (or a package) and continue to booking.
  3. Pick an available date and time. Add notes if the salon should know anything.
  4. Submit your request. Many bookings stay pending until the salon confirms.
  5. Track the status anytime in My Appointments.

How to manage a booking

Cancel, reschedule, or review appointment details.

  1. Go to My Appointments and open the booking you want to change.
  2. To reschedule, choose Reschedule, pick a new slot, and confirm.
  3. To cancel, choose Cancel, select a reason, and confirm cancellation.
  4. Completed visits may allow leaving a review when prompted.
  5. If a salon declines or a request expires, you can book again anytime.

Payments and pricing on Glammzo

What estimated totals mean and how payment usually works.

  1. Service and package prices come from each salon’s catalogue.
  2. Totals shown during booking are estimates for the items you select.
  3. Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, pay at the salon for the visit.
  4. Final charges may change if you add services or the salon applies taxes/fees.
  5. For refund questions on pay-at-salon visits, contact the salon directly.

Account, contact details, and privacy

Keep your profile current and understand what salons receive.

  1. Sign in with your phone-based account to manage bookings securely.
  2. Update name, email, and other details from account Settings.
  3. When you book, we share needed details with that salon only.
  4. Manage location permissions in your browser or device settings.
  5. Read the Privacy Policy for cookies, retention, and data requests.

Join Glammzo, use CRM, and go live on the marketplace.

  1. Visit For Salons and start free — no credit card needed.
  2. Create your account and open your CRM workspace.
  3. Add hours, services, staff, and photos in CRM.
  4. Publish your listing when ready. Marketplace visibility may need approval.
  5. Once live, customers can discover you in Explore and search.
